Kraf Ezee Enterprise do not accept returns of goods/products except if the products are not usable due to manufacturing fault. Return is not applicable to machineries including sewing machine, embroidery machines, electrical cutters etc. Faulty machines can be repaired or serviced by sending the machines to Kraf Ezee physical store in the address below. Standard 1 year manufacturers warranty cover all sewing machines.
For PORTABLE SEWING MACHINE, if the product is damaged due to shipping OR the machine DOES not work due to MANUFACTURING FAULT (not user fault) UPON ARRIVAL, we will exchange the machine with a new one at no cost for the customers. This is however is up to Kraf Ezee's management decision. KRAF EZEE must be informed within 2 days of machine arrival to be eligible for exchange. Kraf Ezee may asked for proofs via pictures or videos. Failure to inform Kraf Ezee and provide proofs within 2 days of machine arrival to the customer will void the eligibility to exchange. Machines which are wrongly purchased are not eligible for exchange. Machines are damaged due to user's fault are not elible for exchange
For products with manufacturing defects (exclusive of the items mentioned above), any returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will be NO refund. Kraf Ezee Enterprise MUST be informed of defective product via email or SMS/whatsapp within 1 weeks of goods received or else NO refund will be given or NO exchange will be provided. Kraf Ezee Enterprise will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Kraf Ezee Enterprise will not bear the cost of product returns. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will receive their refund within 14 days after the confirmation.
For Order Cancellation and Refunds
- Kraf Ezee retain the right to impose a penalty of RM10 processing fee if the the cancellation or refund arises from customer mistakes such as wrong address or wrong item ordered by customer. All refunds will not include postage charges paid earlier.
- If the mistake is done by Kraf Ezee, NO penalty charge will be imposed for refunds. Refunds will be done fully by Kraf Ezee in this case.
For Walk in Customers, product purchased can be returned or refunded within 1 week or purchase with purchase proof. Any returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will be NO refund or exhange of products.
